Olga Blackburn did not set out to build the most internationally diverse real estate team in Florida. She set out to solve a problem she lived herself.
When Olga arrived in South Florida years ago, she discovered something the industry was quietly ignoring: international buyers were being handed off, overlooked, or talked down to because of the language they spoke. Buyers from Madrid, Lagos, Seoul, São Paulo, and Tel Aviv were spending millions on Florida property — and being treated like an inconvenience.
She knew it could be done differently. So she started building.
She partnered with The Keyes Company — Florida's largest independent brokerage, serving the state since 1926 — and built a team around one mission: every buyer is served by an agent who speaks their language natively, understands their culture intimately, and is held to the highest standards of professional service in the state.
We do not translate the experience. We give the experience in your language from the very first conversation.

The goal is 50 languages across 50 countries — one female and one male agent for each. Spanish from Madrid and Mexico City. Mandarin from Beijing and Taipei. Portuguese from Lisbon and Rio. Russian, Arabic, Korean, Hindi, Yoruba, Yiddish, Haitian Creole, and forty-three more. We are recruiting for those seats now, and every agent who joins is supported by the infrastructure of the largest independent brokerage in Florida.
And every agent, every transaction, every closing — backed by Stairway Mortgage for financing, by The Keyes Company for resources, and by Olga's personal standard of service that built the company in the first place.
This is what Florida should feel like to a buyer arriving from anywhere in the world. This is what we built.
